Assistant Mayors can now added sponsored citizens to their city
Corpses cannot be cut in Lord British Castle area
Allied citizens can now recall/gate in and out of allied cities
Player City titles have been updated to removed "of City Name"
City Healers will now only heal controlled pets
Sponsoring a citizen will now send a message when players accept the invitation
Market City addons have been added
